CEO
Chris Tapia, a native Texan, was born and raised in San Antonio. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a graduate of San Antonio College School of Mortuary Science. His career spans over 34 years in the funeral and cremation industry including 20 years with SCI (Service Corporation International, Inc.). At the end of his career with SCI, Inc., he managed and operated the Neptune Society of Austin. He is excited to provide the great state of Texas with affordable Human and Pet cremation services and assist and guide client families through their end-of-life decisions. He is a resident of Leander, a member of St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, First Wednesday Senior Networking, Elevate Georgetown, Linked Network North and South, Able Austin, Christian Business Leaders, and Williamson County Health Resource. In his spare time he enjoys his life traveling, boating, and spending quality time with his circle of friends and his daughter, Valentina.
Gabriel Bee
FUneral Director
Gabriel Bee was born in Portland, Oregon. During childhood, he lived overseas with his family, spending time in France, Africa and Indonesia. Eventually they moved to Sugarland, Texas, and Gabriel has lived in the Lonestar State ever since. Attending Texas Tech, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in English with a Creative Writing focus, and a Minor in Psychology. After teaching for a few years, Gabriel eventually found his true calling and entered the funeral industry. He graduated from Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service with an Associate of Applied Science in Funeral Service, and became a fully licensed Funeral Director shortly after. Gabriel moved to Austin, and eventually began employment at A Plus Cremation. He has now been working funerals for the past six years, and is honored to be a part of this community. When not serving families, Gabriel likes to relax at home with his three cats and girlfriend, Candice. He spends his free time painting plastic models, writing short stories, and collecting board games.


Donna Weiss
Administrative Assistant
Donna Weiss is a native Texan and has lived in the Austin area for over 40 years. She has worked in the banking industry and, for the last 16 years, has had an administrative role in several Austin area funeral homes. Donna is married to her husband Bryan, a farmer and rancher, they have four children and they reside in Pflugerville. She has been involved in the Pflugerville community with the Chamber of Commerce, but recently started working at A PLUS Cremation and looks forward to getting to know the Georgetown community. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, listening to live music, singing karaoke, and dancing.
Rebecca Duke

Rebecca was born and raised in Pflugerville, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University Corpus Christi and earned her bachelor's degree in Media Arts in 2020. Rebecca has worked in media and marketing for 4 years with experience in broadcast television, social media, and print advertising. She now calls Corpus Christi home, where she works full time as a Digital Marketing Specialist for Kleberg Bank. In her down time, she enjoys hanging out with her cat, Avocado, roller skating, playing video games, and watching true crime documentaries.
